Last updated: 22 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zarvix ("Zarvix", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website at zarvix.io (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site or submitting our contact form, you agree to the practices described here.
Zarvix is a custom software and ERP development studio based at 137, 3rd Main Road, AECS Layout, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message describing your enquiry. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever information you include in that communication.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and the third-party services we embed may automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This may be collected through cookies or similar technologies (see Section 5).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request;
- communicate with you about your project, quotes, and our services;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors find and use the Site;
- comply with our legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How your contact form is handled
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which forwards your submission to us by email. Your information is transmitted to and stored by Formspree solely to deliver your message to us. Formspree's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Third-party services
To operate the Site we rely on the following third parties, which may receive certain data (such as your IP address) when you load a page:
- Formspree — processing contact-form submissions.
- Google Fonts — serving the typefaces used on the Site.
- Google Maps — the embedded map showing our office location.
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — where we run advertising, these platforms may set cookies or use tracking technologies to measure ad performance and conversions when you arrive from, or interact with, our ads.
- Our website host, which stores server logs as described above.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our third-party providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and measure advertising and traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features of the Site.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which we delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. How we protect your information
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may request to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
